totally worth it. one thing I KNOW for sure is that your not getting low quality brushes for a cheap price. they all help perfect your makeup in different ways. when you get the bianca brush expect that bad girl to blend your crease effortlessly. the sarah brush is the best setting powder brush out there. sooo i would say sub to it and don't ever unsub because you cant beat the price for good quality brushes..... btw night owl here :P sammylovesmakeup OUT ! ;)
I love the brushes. They are so soft. It was worth the wait. Waiting on my December box. I'm so excited to see the brushes in that box!
Let me start by saying the newest box subscription I got in today was phenomenal!! I see comments complaining of late shipments but it’s a PANDEMIC & unprecedented times with horrific shipping and delays!! With that being said I don’t mind if mine run behind because the products are 150% worth the wait! Plus the workers working during the scary times is appreciated as well! If you are on the fence don’t be because these brushes are legit! Each box gets better & better so what if shipping fell a little behind from idk increased online shopping , pandemic & oh wait the holidays too! They always try to go above and beyond with the boxes! I 150% recommend these brushes & all of the makeup! Every product / pallet / lippie / sponge etc. that I’ve gotten over this 6 month period nothing has ever disappointed so I’m not about to knock off points like others simply due to delayed shipping! I will say this they are worth the wait! His products every one is top notch quality! Thank you for working during these crazy times & happy holidays.

I Love Hank and Henry products and as a Latina, I jumped at the opportunity as well as 2 of my other daughters to support a Latino owned business. I have purchased numerous products and love the quality and the detail he puts in his shipment. I got the Sex Talk Palette along with the new Lip Sticks..Love Love Love. And of course, as soon as I saw the subscription brush offer I jumped and subscribed. I am 100% on board on supporting Hank and Henry but as a someone who works in the customer service industry I think someone needs to take charge in this department of the company. I have sent an email and have called numerous times to get status of my November shipment, which I have been charged for as well as my December shipment. I have yet to get a response to my email and when I call the phone either rings and rings or if someone picks up I get placed on hold. Finally today I got a hold of someone and the conversation was literally minutes long, ending the conversation with a simple "November shipment went out today and December will go out next week cause warehouse is closed for the Xmas". No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation to why last months shipment was delayed, or a thank for your business. The customer service rep was not rude, but defiantly not friendly or professional. I was reading some comments, as I am not the only person to have issues with this, and noticed that ppl were just as disappointed with the service as well. Something needs to change.
