RETURNS POLICY:
What if I don't love my stuff?
Please email our team at shop@themakeupinstitute.com to initiate your return. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for store-credit in the form of a digital gift card. You are responsible of covering the cost of returning your items on your own. You will need to put your original order number on your package and pay for tracking add-on for us to speed up the return process. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 days for store credit to be issued in the form of a gift card. There is a 10% restocking fee on all items that are being returned. The remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account in form of a GIFT CARD ONLY.

What is considered a damaged item?
A damaged item is something that was damaged at the factory during production. Lashes cannot be removed from the container if you see any damages. Please email shop@themakeupinstitute.com pictures of the damages you see. Please note: if the plastic container is broken this is not considered a damage.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at shop@themakeupinstitute.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.
How do I track my order?
Please allow between 2-3 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
- Shipping Costs are not refunded.
-No Returns/Exchanges are allowed on the following:
- Mystery items
- Holiday/Seasonal Items
- Gift Cards
- Mystery Boxes
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please send a picture of the item and your packing slip to SHOP@THEMAKEUPINSTITUTE.COM
Returned products are properly disposed of or recycled.

***Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! The return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong color or product choices for purchases made online. We do not refund for a change of mind. Items cannot be returned if they have been purchased from others retailers. Please contact the retailer you purchased your product directly. A refund is not available if the customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them. We do not refund or exchange because a customer may not care about a product’s color, texture, or perceived performance the individual. These are not faults.***
